pk375 Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk375 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the pk375 website, its games, promotions and services is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register", making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the pk375 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You accept all obligations set out in these Terms.
• You confirm that the information you provide to pk375 is accurate and complete.
• You are aware that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you accept that risk voluntarily.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk375.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account at pk375, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a company, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register and you have not self-excluded from any other gambling platform in circumstances where that exclusion would extend to pk375.

pk375 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one single pk375 account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any funds held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering at pk375 you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method registered in your name. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. pk375 accepts no responsibility for issues arising from outdated or incorrect registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. pk375 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or telephone. pk375 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for that refusal.

pk375 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit at pk375 is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for most players, though individual account limits may be applied for risk management purposes. VIP members may have enhanced deposit limits as part of their tier benefits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. pk375 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your pk375 balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• pk375 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error or duplicated due to technical issues must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• pk375 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawals at pk375 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an exception has been agreed with the pk375 support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard processing times at pk375 are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Average under 10 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–4 business hours.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, pk375 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method. Incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation will delay processing.

pk375 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms. In such cases, processing may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

pk375 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

General bonus rules applicable to all pk375 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only as defined in the individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus can be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• pk375 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, giving reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity – including creation of multiple accounts – will be forfeited and the associated accounts closed.
• Free spins and bonus credits have a maximum conversion limit unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire when their validity period ends.

pk375 operates a zero tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Any player found to be systematically exploiting promotions – including through low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent – will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account reviewed.

Esports betting markets at pk375 are settled based on official match results from the relevant tournament organiser. Markets will be settled within two hours of a match's official conclusion in normal circumstances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at pk375. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Holding or using more than one pk375 account in any circumstances.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or disputed payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using pk375 to process, disguise or move funds derived from illegal activity. pk375 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing card information in live games or coordinating bets in table games.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with pk375 games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to pk375 without first attempting to resolve the matter through pk375 customer support.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access, use or place bets on your pk375 account.
• Minors: Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your pk375 account or the pk375 platform.

The pk375 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Crown. Tier status is determined by your wagering activity during the preceding calendar month and is reviewed and updated on the first day of each new month.

• VIP tier benefits – including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, deposit limits and bonus allocations – are detailed on the VIP Club page.
• VIP status is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another account or person.
• pk375 reserves the right to downgrade or revoke VIP status if a player's activity falls below the minimum threshold for their current tier, or if the player breaches any of these Terms.
• VIP cashback is credited on a weekly basis. Cashback is awarded on net losses only and must meet a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• pk375 reserves the right to modify VIP Club benefits, tier thresholds and cashback rates at any time, giving notice to affected VIP members where reasonably possible.

• Referral rewards are only triggered when a referred player registers a new pk375 account using the referrer's unique link and completes a qualifying first deposit.
• Only genuine new players qualify as referrals. Referring accounts that belong to the same person, household or device as the referring account is prohibited.
• pk375 reserves the right to withhold referral rewards if it has reason to believe the referral was not genuine or was made in breach of these Terms.
• Referral rewards are credited with a 1x wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable.
• The pk375 Refer a Friend programme may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time.

All pk375 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits that activate immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day account pauses that cannot be overridden once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or temporary exclusion from pk375 with immediate effect.

pk375 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Activation of a self-exclusion by the player.
• Any other circumstances in which pk375 determines that continued operation of the account is not appropriate.

Where an account is closed by pk375 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits (minus any chargebacks or payments already made) will be returned to the player.

All content on the pk375 platform – including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, software, data, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of pk375 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk375 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any pk375 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any pk375 software or technology.
• Use the pk375 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the pk375 platform by automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk375 excludes all warranties, representations and guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to the pk375 platform and its services.

pk375 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising from your use of the platform:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, including jackpot failures or game errors where the error has been corrected in accordance with Section 7.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Technical failures or interruptions outside pk375's reasonable control including internet service outages, power failures or third-party payment provider downtime.
• Delays in withdrawal processing arising from required due diligence or verification procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk375's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

pk375 reserves the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk375 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications may be made without prior notice.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page is always the current operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of pk375 after any changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the pk375 platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
